Joie Binns received her first taste of event planning in New York City working under Sean “Diddy” Combs at Bad Boy entertainment on his infamous Hampton’s White party. She eventually found her way to Los Angeles growing to produce events and managing talent for entertainment powerhouse American Idol.
Joie's corporate expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and 20 years of experience makes her an events and strategic marketing powerhouse. She has a knack for conceptualizing and executing a wide range of creative projects in entertainment, music, corporate branding and non-profit industries. Her significant accomplishments include planning and running major events, large meetings, and publicity campaigns; for corporate executives, recording artists, and entertainment industry professionals.
One of her accomplishment's includes working with 19 Entertainment, the company responsible for creating American Idol and managing the show's artist. The company was instrumental in establishing the careers of Fantasia Barrino, Jordin Sparks and Chris Daughtry. She is currently the General Manager of Smith Ent. Group and Manager of recording artist Kayla Brianna.
